- Central Park Tower reported three contracts totaling $43.5M
- 245 new sponsor units were launched in June, versus 219 contracts signed

Luxury
26 contracts were signed on units priced at or above $4M, versus 45 in May and 40 last year.
Only two of those 26 contracts were signed in Brooklyn, but they were strong by the borough’s standards, at $7.45M and $8.75M.
Seven deals were on residences asking $10M or more, and one reached the $20M mark.

Manhattan
99 contracts were signed in June, compared to 94 last month and 156 last year. The median sale price was $2,555,000, and the median PPSF was $2,126.
No new sponsor units were launched this month.
Top Performer by Contract Volume
The Willow
The Willow reported eight contracts for one- and three-bedroom residences priced from $1.275M to $4.45M. Compass Development Marketing Group launched the 69-unit development in March and reports that 16 apartments are under contract.
Brooklyn
73 contracts were signed in June, compared to 76 last month and 65 last year. The median sale price was $1,450,000, and the median PPSF was $1,382.
Eight projects launched sales, adding 76 new sponsor units in total.
Top Performer by Contract Volume
One Domino Square
One Domino Square reported eight contracts for one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences priced from $1.85M to $7.45M. Two Trees launched their 160-unit development last May and kept sales and marketing in-house. They report that 59 apartments have sold, with another 13 under contract.
Queens
47 contracts were signed in June, compared to 26 last month and 20 last year. The median sale price was $945,000, and the median PPSF was $1,405.
The 150-unit Vita Condo launched this month.
Top Performers by Contract Volume
Vesta
Vesta reported thirteen contracts for studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences priced from $798K to $2.125M. Serhant launched the 115-unit building in April and reports that 25 apartments are under contract.
