How Daily3 Works

Our system reviews contracts automatically each morning

All contracts reported to REBNY or MLS throughout the previous day and overnight flow into our system and are automatically sorted into three categories: New Development, Resale Condo, and Resale Co-op.
Example: Deals that are reviewed on Friday reflect contracts reported Thursday. On Mondays, we review everything submitted Friday through Sunday.

Our system selects the top contract in each category

The system automatically identifies the contract with the highest last asking price in each category to decide which seller agents will be featured. The date of the contract is based on when the contract was reported, not when it was signed.

We contact the selected seller agents

Seller agents are emailed that morning to confirm details, opt out if they choose, and indicate whether they’d like to share credit with the buyer’s agent.

Buyer’s agents are included only when confirmed

Buyer's agents are included if the seller's agent provides their names or if the buyer's agent proactively contact us and we can verify the match.

We publish features the next day at 2:00 PM ET

The Daily3 email and Instagram posts, stories, and reels go live the following day.
Example: If a contract is submitted to REBNY or MLS on Monday, we confirm with sell-side agents on Tuesday, and the deal is published on Wednesday.

We recognize top agents at the end of each month

At the end of each month, we rank the agents who appeared most frequently on Daily3 and publish a special post highlighting the top performers.
