54 contracts were signed for units priced at $4M or above, compared with 34 in January and 39 last year.
4 of those 54 contracts were signed in Brooklyn, including a penthouse in Olympia Dumbo asking $17.5M.
23 deals were for residences priced at $10M or more, and 7 exceeded $20M.

139 contracts were signed in February, compared to 99 in January and 113 last year. The median sale price was $3,150,000, and the median PPSF was $2,284.
Two projects launched sales this month: 67 Irving Place (11 units) and Rothko House (2).
Top Performer by Contract Volume
220 East 9th Street
220 East 9th Street, in East Village, reported 16 contracts for one- to four-bedroom homes priced from $1.195M to $9.95M. However, because all sixteen contracts were logged on a single day, it is likely that many were actually executed in prior weeks. Compass launched the 18-unit development at the end of January and has only two residences remaining.
Brooklyn
78 contracts were signed in February, compared to 81 in January and 94 last year. The median sale price was $1,407,500, and the median PPSF was $1,440.
Four new projects launched in February: 168 Hancock Street (5), 118 Madison Street (4), 810 Sterling Place (4), and 187 Pulaski Street (4).

The Sixth
The Sixth, in Williamsburg, reported 11 contracts for one- to four-bedroom apartments priced from $1.175M to $6.75M. Corcoran Group launched the 43-unit development on January 4th and reports that 21 residences are under contract.
Queens
15 contracts were signed in February, compared to 16 in January and 48 last year. The median sale price was $899,000, and the median PPSF was $1,297.
Two new projects launched in February: The Luxe Living Condominium (39) and Roma Condominium (27).
Top Performers by Contract Volume
Vesta
Vesta, in Hunter's Point, reported three contracts for two-bedroom condos priced from $1.535M to $1.665M. Serhant launched the 115-unit development last April and reports that 54 residences have sold, with another 15 under contract.
